1、负责音视频后端转码系统的架构设计、核心开发与持续优化，搭建高可靠的分布式转码 pipeline 与任务调度体系，覆盖点播、直播全场景音视频处理，支撑业务全量音视频转码需求。 2、负责转码系统的全维度质量与成本优化，围绕转码时效、画质表现、机器成本、带宽成本等核心指标开展深度调优，持续提升转码服务的性价比与业务适配能力。 3、负责搭建AI 智能创作全流程智能体工作流，覆盖素材的多模态内容理解、素材生成、剪辑逻辑编排、内容合成、任务调度、效果调优等全环节。 4、跟进业界前沿的音视频编解码标准、转码技术、AIGC相关算法、多模态大模型相关技术，开展技术预研与原型验证，持续迭代技术方案，参与团队技术建设与代码评审，保障研发质量与项目交付效率。 5、负责多媒体服务的全生命周期稳定性保障，搭建完善的监控、告警、容灾与应急体系，保障服务 7×24 小时高可用，快速定位并解决线上各类故障与异常问题。

1、计算机或相关专业统招本科及以上学历，5 年及以上后端软件研发经验，有完整的多媒体相关系统从 0 到 1 的设计与落地经验。 2、具备扎实的 Golang 开发基础，有良好的编码习惯与代码质量意识，同时具备 C/C++ 开发经验者优先。 熟悉分布式系统原理与分布式业务系统架构设计，熟练掌握缓存、消息队列、关系型数据库等常用中间件的使用与调优，具备高3、并发、高可用系统的设计与运维经验。 4、具备扎实的音视频理论基础，了解 MP4/fMP4、TS、FLV 等主流音视频封装格式。 5、了解 H.264、H.265、AAC 等主流音视频编解码原理，能熟练使用 FFmpeg 进行音视频处理开发，有成熟的点播、直播转码服务研发及落地经验者优先。 6、具备视频创作相关业务系统的开发经验，熟悉视频智能剪辑、媒资管理、内容合成的核心业务流程，有 AIGC 视频合成、文生图、图生图、多媒体 AI 算法工程化落地经验者优先。 7、熟悉大模型相关技术体系，有基于开源 / 商业大模型的应用开发、AI Agent 设计与落地经验，了解多模态大模型、扩散模型的基本原理与工程化落地方法者优先。 8、具备良好的问题分析与解决能力，能够独立定位并解决线上系统中的各类复杂技术问题，有强烈的技术钻研精神与自驱力。 9、具备较强的项目推进能力、跨团队协作能力与沟通表达能力，能够协同多职能团队完成项目落地，保障项目目标高效达成。
