1、负责维护并深化 POIZON 美国市场重点商家（Key Accounts）的战略合作关系，制定并执行商家运营及增长计划，推动商家业务持续发展； 2、挖掘美国本地优质供给资源，结合中国消费者需求，与商家开展沟通合作，推动商品拓展、品类扩充及销售增长（Upsell/Cross-sell）； 3、持续分析竞争平台（如 StockX、各类 Sneaker Boutique 等）的运营动态，包括用户结构、热销品类、价格优势及市场策略，挖掘业务机会，推动品类增长； 4、深入研究行业发展趋势，建立并维护良好的商家关系，持续拓展本地新商家资源，推动优质商家入驻 POIZON 平台。

1、本科及以上学历； 2、具备 5 年及以上跨境电商平台招商、供应链拓展或平台招商运营经验，拥有球鞋、潮流时尚（Sneaker/Fashion）行业经验者优先； 3、具备清晰的逻辑思维和系统化的方法论，有从 0 到 1 推动项目落地并取得成功成果的经验，参与过业务战略规划； 4、具备较强的数据分析能力，能够基于数据制定业务策略并推动业务增长； 5、熟悉相关品类的发展趋势，了解行业渠道分布、热销商品、消费者结构及消费特征，对市场、商品及消费趋势保持敏锐洞察； 6、具备创业精神，自驱力强，能够主动推进工作，拥有优秀的沟通协调能力及跨部门协作能力，能够独立主导项目及推动关键业务合作； 7、能够适应快速变化的业务环境，在快节奏工作中保持高效执行力和灵活应变能力； 8、熟练使用 Excel 及各类办公软件，具备较强的数据处理及分析能力。
