1、用户增长整体负责 - 以 DAU 增长为核心目标，整体负责得物用户增长相关策略与执行 - 覆盖用户完整生命周期，包括新客增长、活跃提升、防流失及流失召回 - 对 DAU 增量、用户结构健康度及增长效率负责 2、新客增长策略（Growth） - 负责新客增长策略设计与落地，对新客规模、新客 DAU 及获客效率负责 - 围绕新客从触达 → 注册 → 首登 → 首单的关键路径，持续优化转化效率 - 协同投放团队，优化新客获取渠道、定向策略与素材方向 - 结合站内承接与激活手段，降低新客“进来即走”的流失率 3、防流失与召回策略 - 负责准流失与已流失用户的防流失与召回策略，对流失率与召回效果负责 - 构建流失预警与人群分层机制，区分可挽回与不可挽回人群 - 设计并落地防流失与召回策略组合，包括补贴、权益、内容与触达方式 - 控制补贴与触达强度，避免补贴依赖和用户疲劳 4、人群分层与策略机制建设 - 基于用户活跃度、访问频次、行为路径等维度，构建用户分层体系 - 为不同人群阶段设计差异化增长与干预策略 - 明确各人群策略边界，避免策略冲突和资源浪费 5、多渠道增长协同 - 统筹站内外增长与触达渠道，包括但不限于投放、Push、消息、私域等 - 协同投放、补贴、类目、产品等团队，形成增长合力 - 提升整体 DAU 增长效率，降低无效触达与重复投入 6、增长实验与效果评估 - 主导用户增长相关的策略实验与 A/B 测试 - 建立以 DAU、留存与召回效果为核心的评估体系 - 基于数据结论持续迭代增长策略模型 7、机制建设与产品共建 - 将增长与防流失策略沉淀为可复用的机制与产品能力 - 推动人群圈选、策略配置、效果监控等能力的产品化 - 持续降低运营成本，提升增长体系的可扩展性
