The posting

1. 负责基于 Envoy 的云原生流量管理平台研发，建设服务路由、流量转发、负载均衡、流量治理、灰度发布、故障切换等能力； 2. 负责 Envoy 及 Envoy Gateway 的部署、配置、扩展和二次开发，结合业务场景完善网关数据面与控制面能力； 3. 参与 Gateway API、Ingress、服务发现、动态配置、xDS 等相关技术的设计与落地，提升流量管理系统的灵活性和稳定性； 4. 负责基于 Kubernetes 的弹性容量体系建设，包括 HPA、VPA、弹性伸缩、资源水位管理、容量预估和资源优化等功能； 5. 结合业务负载、监控指标和资源使用情况，建设自动化的容量评估、扩缩容决策和资源调度能力； 6. 负责弹性系统的稳定性建设，包括扩缩容效率、资源超卖、容量不足、异常波动和扩缩容抖动等问题的治理； 7. 参与 Kubernetes 相关组件和云原生基础设施的研发，解决网络、调度、资源管理、容器运行时等方向的技术问题； 8. 负责相关系统的性能优化、故障排查和生产问题治理，保障大规模集群和高并发业务场景下的稳定运行； 9. 参与技术方案设计、核心代码开发、测试验证和技术文档编写，推动相关能力在生产环境落地。

1. 具备扎实的 Kubernetes 基础，熟悉 Pod、Deployment、Service、Ingress、Gateway API、ConfigMap、CRD 等核心资源及工作机制； 2. 熟悉 Kubernetes 调度、资源模型、QoS、LimitRange、ResourceQuota 和容器生命周期管理； 3. 熟悉 Envoy 架构及核心配置，包括 Listener、Route、Cluster、Filter、xDS 等； 4. 熟悉 Envoy Gateway 或其他云原生网关产品，具备实际部署、开发、调试或二次开发经验； 5. 具备 HPA、VPA 或其他弹性伸缩系统的实际开发或生产落地经验，理解指标采集、扩缩容决策和资源调整机制； 6. 具备良好的 Go、C++、Java 或 Rust 编程能力，熟悉至少一种云原生基础设施相关技术栈； 7. 有 Kubernetes Controller、Operator、CRD 开发经验，能够独立完成模块设计与开发； 8. 具备较强的问题定位和系统分析能力，能够处理网络、资源、性能和稳定性相关问题； 9. 具备良好的工程实践能力，包括代码质量、测试、监控、日志和文档建设。
