岗位职责： 1. 负责研发效能领域AIGC方向探索，挖掘在需求规划、代码开发、测试流程、发布流程等阶段，利用AI能力辅助提效的场景并落地 2. 负责研发效能平台在业务域的落地，促成全司研发效能提升，包括工具平台应用落地、效能度量、效能提升方案落地。 3. 负责研发效能整体AI技术演进，规划和引入前沿效能提升手段，结合业务具体痛点问题不断提升 4. AIGC前沿问题探索和研究，包括但不限于基于智能问答、代码生成、视频生成、prompt工程等方向；

任职要求： 1、具有扎实的软件研发能力，开源软件优化能力，对软件研发的全生命周期有充分详实的理解。 2、对研发效能的工具体系有广泛的认知，熟悉各类商业和开源研效工具。 3、熟悉国内外主流大模型场景应用能力，了解研发技术领域前沿AI产品动向，具备垂直领域模型训练调优等能力 4、熟练掌握Java，Python，Golang语言，具有3年以上的一线开发经验 5、有以下经验者优先： （1） 有研发技术领域落地产品经验者优先，例如AI答疑、代码生成、用例生成等产品 （2） 有研发效能中台的落地经验，在发布平台、研发平台、代码管理平台、运营支撑系统等方面有实际开发和架构设计经验。 （3） 有程序分析技术的研发经验，熟悉Sonar代码扫描等技术。 （4） 有自动化测试系统的研发经验，熟悉流量回放、mocking等技术。
