1、负责虚拟资产交易平台的核心系统研发，包括交易撮合、订单管理、支付结算等模块； 2、优化虚拟资产流转相关业务的系统性能与稳定性； 3、理解交易业务逻辑，构建安全可靠的交易防欺诈、账号风控与数据一致性保障机制； 4、技术难题攻关，如AI业务应用、分布式事务处理、实时数据同步、高可用容灾设计等。

1、基本要求：3 年以上互联网开发经验，计算机软件或相关专业本科及以上；有 AI 应用落地经验，能将大模型等技术融入业务系统。 2、技术栈：精通 Go 语言，编码规范，架构能力扎实；熟悉 Python，了解 LangChain/LlamaIndex 等 AI 应用框架。 3、核心组件与 AI 基础设施：熟悉 MySQL、Redis、Kafka/RocketMQ，具备性能调优能力；了解向量数据库和 RAG、Agent 架构，有实际应用经验。 4、数据意识与 AI 工程：对数据敏感，理解高质量数据对模型的重要性，有数据飞轮、反馈闭环等实践经验。 5、AI 前沿能力：熟悉主流大模型（GPT-4o、Claude、Gemini 等）的能力边界，掌握 Prompt Engineering、Function Calling 等设计模式，能构建可靠 AI 原生应用。
