1、负责设计并实施系统和应用程序的监控、日志记录、智能告警和追踪方案，熟悉SkyWalking、OpenTelemetry一种或者多种; 2、负责告警系统架构设计以及可观测性平台工具和仪表盘，提供实时的系统健康和性能可视化; 3、分析和优化系统的性能和可靠性，通过监控数据和追踪信息识别瓶颈和故障点; 4、与开发团队协作，确保应用程序在开发过程中充分考虑可观测性需求; 5、探索和落地可观测AI+等前沿技术，提高传统可观测产品使用体验和效率.

1、具备良好的编程基础，熟悉一种或多种编程语言（如 Go、Java、Python 等）; 2、具备一定的架构设计能力，能够比较准确、全面地理解系统，并根据系统发展设计出较为合理的架构方案； 3、精通可观测告警平台架构设计，懂一些AIOps常见算法，包括不限于智能告警、AI降噪、AI定位、AI基线； 4、精通常见的监控和可观测性工具（如 Prometheus、Grafana、ELK Stack、Jaeger、OpenTelemetry 、VictoriaMetrics等）; 5、具备良好的问题解决能力和沟通能力，能够与跨职能团队有效协作; 6、对新技术和新工具保持强烈的好奇心和学习热情。
