1，社群业务策略与体系搭建：制定社群运营中长期规划与年度目标，搭建覆盖新商孵化、老客维护、搬运促活、行业服务的精细化运营体系，推动核心指标（社群体量、活跃用户体量、搬运用户体量、搬运体量）的持续增长。 2.新商孵化与培育模式打造：牵头盘点与重构新商家引入、孵化与成长路径，沉淀一套可复制、可规模化验证的新商家培育和发展模式，提升新商渗透率与跃迁率。 3，多平台合作与商机规模化：主导与外部平台/友商的深度合作，基于社群核心搬运人群体量获取更多平台活动、优惠与信息，扩大实时商机来源的数量与质量，形成规模化搬运；协同产品完善商机分发、领券、签到等社群工具，打通「社群 → 小程序」用户路径。 4，行业支持与信息机制建设：结合行业实际需求，建立信息获取、供给提升、舆情反馈等机制并形成可量化产出；联动内外部资源（群管、KOL、推荐官），搭建可控制的信息宣发矩阵，正向输出得物政策、规则与产品变化解读，提升商家体感与信任。 5，团队管理与人才培养：负责社群运营团队（含实习生/兼职）的组建、培养与管理，建立群管、KOL、推荐官等外部生态的招募、激励与考核机制，保障业务可持续运转。 6，数据驱动与复盘：建立社群运营数据监控体系（体量、活跃、转化、搬运等），定期输出经营分析、策略复盘与业务建议，支撑决策并持续迭代运营打法

任职要求 1，5 年以上社群运营/用户运营/电商运营经验，其中至少 2 年独立负责完整业务线或核心项目，有从 0 到 1 或规模化增长操盘案例。 2，电商 B 端经验优先：熟悉电商平台商家侧生态（个人卖家/中小商家/供应商），有面向商家群体的社群运营、商家运营、渠道运营经验者优先。 3，具备成熟的运营方法论，能独立完成业务规划、目标拆解、策略制定与落地执行，并对结果负责。 4，强数据能力：熟练使用 SQL/Excel 等工具，能独立完成业务数据分析、指标体系搭建与经营复盘，用数据驱动决策。 5，优秀的跨部门协同与资源整合能力，能与产品、技术、行业、外部平台等多方高效协作；具备团队管理或带人经验者优先。 6，对电商、搬运、社群电商、私域运营有深刻理解和敏锐度，了解得物平台生态者优先；有 KOL/群管/推荐官等外部生态运营经验者加分。
