1、负责得物社区、交易业务线的线上活动主视觉设计/动效设计/活动页面设计，以及日常活动海报、Banner、H5设计等； 2、能够精准把握活动和品牌调性，参与活动前期创意并提供专业意见，负责活动整体视觉风格设定与创意设计。 3、了解潮流文化，视觉营销的特性，建立营销设计模板和规范,实现产品视觉在用户体验上的突破。 4、参与各种活动方案创意，能驾驭多种设计风格。最终能跟进设计效果最终在产品的实现，保证设计品质与实现品质一致。 5、能够分析与总结活动数据，懂产品、用戶、数据，能将其运用到业务中者优先考虑。

1、本科及以上学历，美术相关专业、有2-3年以上经验者优先； 2、工作积极主动，富有创造力和快速学习及适应的能力； 3、有良好的审美、扎实的美术功底，丰富的运营活动设计经验，能够驾驭多种设计风格； 4、有良好的沟通能力、责任心强，能够配合运营分析活动转化率和最终效果，通过设计表现力进而提高活动质量与影响力； 5、能够熟练运用设计软件； 6、此职位的申请须提交作品集(相关作品附件或者链接)；
