1、负责得物平台商家跨境融资整体方案规划与落地。针对进口商家备货和资金周转需求搭建融资产品，配套出口融资方案，持续探索海外本地融资模式，完善全场景跨境信贷布局。 2、熟悉跨境外汇监管要求、贸易背景核验规则，搭建业务全流程风控体系，管控货权风险、汇率风险、信用及坏账风险，稳定资产质量。 3、对接境内外银行、保理、跨境资方等机构，拓展资金渠道，洽谈合作模式、优化资金成本。 4、联动产品、技术、风控、法务推进系统建设与产品迭代，持续开展业务复盘与策略优化，对放款规模、转化效率、不良率等核心指标负责。

1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上跨境贸易融资、进口供应链金融、电商跨境融资相关实操经验。 2、精通进口融资产品，熟悉出口贸易融资基础逻辑，了解海外本地融资业务模式。 3、掌握跨境业务合规要求，具备资方商务对接能力，能够独立完成业务方案设计与项目推进。 4、数据敏感度高，逻辑严谨，善于跨部门协作，平衡业务拓展与风险管控。
