岗位职责 1、负责黄金钻石珠宝等商家招募&商家运营工作，类目包括：黄金、珍珠、钻石、彩宝等，对产地 商家/货品分类分层管理，制定对应的运营策略, 同类目行业研究，建立竞争优势 2、基于部门业务目标，负责相关品类的的招商计划制定、招商合作、商家拓展、商家对接管理，推进商家供给结构优化 3、根据商品和行业趋势、平台现状、供需关系，制定商品商家的供给策略，完成供给目标，打造品类爆款 4、对行业和品类的内容、活动、投放等多营销场域负责，推进商家提升营销覆盖面和参与效率，进而推进对业务的增长贡献

任职要求 1、5年以上互联网公司或黄金珠宝行业运营资源和经验；具备扎实的平台或者珠宝相关行业经验优先 2、了解且能把握消费者端的需求，熟悉行业供应链及市场现状，有完成供需匹配的能力； 3、具备优秀的商务和沟通能力，优秀的项目协调及谈判能力，有三年以上商家招商和商家管理经验，有一定商家/渠道资源者优先 4、性格外向、擅于维护人脉关系，以客户为导向；较强的执行力，抗压能力 5、具备方案书撰写数据分析能力，熟练操作 EXCEL 和 PPT 软件及现场
