1.舆情风险识别与处置：负责社交媒体（小红书、抖音、微博等）平台舆情的日常监测，对涉及平台责任的舆情推动处置； 2.危机公关应对：针对突发性、高热度舆情case（如商家/买家纠纷升级、涉诉风险、账号安全事件等），快速判断风险等级，制定并执行应对策略，协调法务、产品、客服等多部门联动处置； 3.风险量化评估与决策支持：对舆情进行风险判断，量化评估舆论风险等级，撰写分析报告，为业务团队提供决策支持；识别高频/重复类风险账号或事件模式，推动建立可复用的处置机制； 4.对外沟通口径把控：撰写面向公众的事实评论、面向用户的沟通口径，确保对外表达合规、无敞口、无二次风险，维护平台公信力； 5.数据分析与复盘：定期对各平台舆情数据进行分析、归因，输出处理数据报告（删帖率、闭环率、质检合格率等核心指标），复盘并给出整体应对策略的改进方案； 6.跨部门协作：在批量事件/公司级危机事件中牵头或参与舆论端保驾护航工作，高效对接法务、产品、客服、商家运营等多方资源。

1.本科及以上学历，新闻传播、公共关系、汉语言文学、法学、公共政策等相关专业优先； 2.3年以上公关/舆情/危机传播相关工作经验，有互联网、电商、消费品行业危机处理经验，有实际操盘过舆情危机/突发热点事件者优先； 3.敏锐的风险感知力，具备良好的风险意识，能够对舆情走向有一定预判能力，能在信息不全的情况下快速识别核心矛盾、给出合理应对方向； 4.具有一定政治敏感度，对监管红线、法律风险有基本判断力； 5.文字表达能力强，能在保证事实准确的前提下，写出既专业又不失分寸的对外沟通文案； 6.逻辑清晰、抗压能力强，能同时处理多条舆情线索，在时限压力下保持判断稳定性； 7.熟悉至少一个主流社交平台（小红书/抖音/微博）的内容生态和平台规则，有实际投诉维权、内容申诉经验者优先； 8.具备良好的跨部门沟通协调能力，责任心强，能适应各类突发性工作。
