1、洞察女装行业流行趋势和消费者需求，结合品牌发展方向和市场供给结构，定位业务潜力及核心增长点，制定所负责业务的发展规划，形成结构化运营策略，并推动有效落地，对关键业务结果指标负责； 2、不断完善品牌和商家梯队建设，敏锐捕捉生意机会点，通过招商谈判，完成新商家引进，并帮助新商家落地运营； 3、通过商家分层管理机制，帮助商家提升运营能力，针对不同层级的商家形成有效运营方法论，并能够沉淀复用； 4、深入研究商品供给和价格体系，不断优化商品结构，提高爆款运营效能，发掘差异化商品机会，保障商品价格力优势； 5、基于业务发展需要，持续推动买卖家体验优化，协同横向运营团队实现全链路运营能力迭代升级，确保行业竞争力。

职位要求： 1、至少5年以女装相关行业知名品牌运营经验，本科以上学历，大型电商平台非标时尚品类商家运营经验。 2、性格外向开朗，具备优秀的沟通表达和跨团队协同能力，英语听说读写熟练者优先； 3、聪明好学，有较强的目标感和自驱力，逻辑性强，互联网思维佳，对数字敏感，能够熟练使用Excel和PPT等办公软件。 4、女装知名品牌运营/风格线服装经验加分
