负责尖货业务户外品类的营销策略制定与落地，统筹货盘、活动定价、补贴、活动效果全链路，对品类活动目标负责。 1.活动选品：结合全网生意、用户需求、潮流趋势，制定各场次活动货盘方案，确保商品供给结构与活动目标匹配。跟踪品池健康度（渗透率、覆盖率、价优率等），持续优化选品逻辑。 2.活动定价：负责活动定价策略制定，基于竞对比价与销售表现输出定价建议并推动落地，保障价格竞争力。 3.补贴策略：结合品价格带、竞对补贴水位、销售目标，设计补贴力度，保障补贴效率与价格体系稳定； 4.活动效果追踪与协同落地：负责追踪活动GMV，生意复盘，识别机会与风险并推动调整。牵头与行业运营、流量投放、比价/供给等团队协同，推动选品、上线、推广、补货全流程落地；

1.1-3年电商运营经验，有运动户外/潮牌品类或补贴类频道（百亿补贴、限时限量等）对口经验者优先； 2.软性素质：策略思维 / 自驱力 / 沟通协作； 3.能用数据分析支撑策略判断；会用AI工具形成分析思路者优先；
