1、负责得物营销、社区场景的风险管理解决方案，平衡业务风险与用户体验，包括：虚假账号、羊毛党、黄牛、商家套补贴、水军、养号等风险； 2、针对各个业务方向设计风险管理流程，包括业务的风险评审、量化分析，并设计相应的防控策略体系；策略上线后负责效果回收（准召评估、误伤监控）、复盘与快速迭代，对新风险形势快速响应； 3、对外承接风险与业务的桥梁角色，建立高效的沟通协作机制，与业务共同进行风险指标体系设计、口径定义与看板建设，日常监控风险指标，对异动做归因分析（策略/模型/人工/业务变化），输出可落地的干预建议； 4、对内协调风控运营、算法、工程、产品等多种角色， 保证风控方案的高效落地，并对风控结果负责。

1、本科及以上，3年及以上电商业务风控/数据分析经验；有营销反作弊、流量反作弊、优惠券风控经验者优先； 2、熟练使用 SQL/Python 等分析工具，具备扎实的数据处理与归因分析能力； 3、风险敏锐度高，能快速理解新业务特性，主动发现风险点并提出体系化解决方案； 4、沟通推动能力强，能协调资源确保目标达成； 加分项： 有大模型/AI 在风控策略中应用经验；有策略效果评估（准召/误伤）实操经验；熟悉黑产手法与攻防对抗。
