岗位职责 1. 负责平台比价系统产品规划，统筹同款商品匹配、价格采集、数据质检、比价数据输出全链路，承接平台价格竞争力目标，跟进需求落地、上线与效果复盘。 2. 持续优化比价产品体系，配套搭建标准化作业流程，设计人机协同方案，支撑运营与外包团队开展工作，提升比价数据准确率、覆盖率，改善作业效率。 3. 深入业务挖掘比价链路痛点，搭建核心数据指标，通过数据分析定位问题，输出产品优化方案，持续推动系统迭代升级。 4. 对接商品、价格运营等相关团队，支撑竞品价格监控、平台价格治理、商品定价等业务场景需求。 5. 调研行业竞品比价模式，持续完善产品长期规划。

任职要求 1. 本科及以上学历，5 年及以上电商产品经理经验，拥有比价系统、商品管理、价格治理相关项目经验优先。 2. 熟悉电商比价完整业务流程，理解商品同款识别、价格采集、数据校验的业务逻辑，清楚系统能力与人工作业如何配合。 3. 具备良好数据分析能力，熟练使用 Excel、SQL，能够依托数据发现业务问题，落地可行的产品解决方案。 4. 能够独立完成产品方案设计，可顺畅和研发、算法、运营团队沟通协作，推动项目落地。 5. 拥有较强跨部门协调能力，具备流程搭建、外包业务协同相关经验优先，拥有成本意识，能用产品手段优化人效。
