1、收集业务侧在电商交易、社区内容、新项目发展等多维度需求，进行归纳分析后进行立项，提供政府事务部政企合作方面的综合解决方案并以项目制来跟进和实现； 2、负责项目的全生命周期管理，从业务和政府合作双重视角把控项目进度，及时识别项目风险，组织评估风险影响，协调项目实施过程中的资源冲突，为跨部门的资源协调提供支持和保障，跟进项目执行落地并对项目执行结果负责； 3、对外对接重要关系部门包括外国使领馆、外资商会、商务委、高校等，协助团队做好日常维护并为业务发展提供外部资源介入； 4、协助公司参与政府事务活动，提升相关政府层面认知度及品牌形象； 5、参与政府事务项目管理体系建设并优化项目管理流程规范，提升组织的项目管理成熟度，促进资源的有效利用和工作效能提升。

1、本科及以上学历，5-10年工作经验，熟悉互联网行业（电商），有跨团队项目管理经验； 2、英语可以作为工作语言，有海外留学及海外工作经历优先； 3、有系统思维，具备较强的逻辑分析能力、沟通能力和学习能力； 4、良好的文字功底，良好的团队合作精神，优秀的人际交往及协调能力，善于处理复杂事务，有优秀的应变能力； 5、可以接受跨省市、跨国出差。
