【岗位职责】 1，基于平台战略方向，通过平台化手段运营全平台企业商家，涵盖商家入驻、新商家成长、商家分层运营等 2，负责整车业务（包含：电动车、摩托车、平衡车、电动滑板车、电动童车、助行车等）全量商家成长提升，制定并执行运营策略和产品策略，跨部门协同项目落地 3，以生意视角了解品牌方、经销商、贸易商的生意模式，挖掘商家痛点和生意增长诉求 4，以商家视角了解不同类目商家的痛点和阶段诉求，批量化促进商家和品牌成长 5，以产品思维持续优化商家后台、运营后台、营销工具并制定规则 6，数据导向，借助全漏斗数据分析模型关注商家交易全链路，识别短中期风险和机会点 7，项目化作业，评估横纵向业务优先级，快速立项推进，制定并追踪项目阶段和子项目OKR 8，根据公司的目标进行招商丰富商家矩阵及平台的供给矩阵

【筛选要求】 [必备] · 本科及以上学历 · 3年以上商家端运营经验 优先： · 大型电商及TP运营经验 · 电动车/摩托车/滑板车/童车类目经验 任职要求 【能力】 · 3年以上商家端运营经验，大型电商及TP运营经验优先；电动车/摩托车/滑板车/童车类目经验优先 · 熟悉商家成长各阶段诉求和痛点，熟悉商品运营及成长逻辑 · 数据分析能力强，能进行逻辑性推理和全漏斗数据体系搭建 · 产品化思维，有产品需求收集、产品开发等项目经验
