1.参与内容理解相关工作，包括图文、视频、多模态内容理解相关算法的研发和落地。 2.参与用户理解相关工作，包括用户兴趣建模，用户行为建模等算法研发和落地。 3.了解跟踪多模态及LLM的前沿技术，包括大规模图文对齐、跨模态检索、提示词工程、lora等，并将优秀算法应用到业务场景中，提升业务效果。 4.具有优秀的编程基础及动手能力，自驱能力强，善于主动沟通和团队协作。 5.硕士或以上学历，计算机、人工智能专业优先，一周五天，能长期实习
