1、类目下流量运营岗位，结合行业的发展方向和策略，统筹整体类目的流量策略，建设方向，目标和落地；与平台算法中心紧密配合持续优化和探究不同偏好人群在不同场景下的表现，优化和挖掘人货匹配策略，具备通过各类已有工具优化搜推场景流量效率的经验； 2、针对类目的用户需求和偏好研究，通过产品、商品、内容、消费者运营等方式，迭代流量结构供给、导购路径，利用个性化、精细化运营手段，提升用户体验，不断优化用户拉新、活跃、转化销售、留存的机制，提升用户可逛性，提供用户更好的频道体验； 3、监控业务各项数据，收集用户反馈，进行用户回访，挖掘用户真实需求，与流量算法和研发团队紧密合作，推动流量产品快速迭代，提升产品竞争力； 4、熟悉电商销售链路及逻辑，具备数据分析能力、掌握常用的分析思路及方法论，能够基于流量角度、用户角度以及商品角度，结合结果及过程指标来定位生意的问题，输出指导性策略方向或诊断建议。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上互联网电商流量运营、策略运营经验；有良好沟通表达能力及团队协作力与较强的创新及分享意识，抗压能力强; 2、具备数据化运营能力, 尤其是流量搜推侧数据敏感，能够结合数据解读、业务视角，优化和迭代相关策略 3、行业线背景经验优先，有独立负责电商流量运营者优先具有较强的资源整合能力;
