职位定位：负责进口履约链路的C端物流体验建设，搭建体验指标体系，通过数据洞察联动供应链、仓储、质检、承运商等团队优化履约表现，同时基于用户视角设计体验表达方案（时效承诺、轨迹透明、前置预警等），持续提升用户从下单到收货的全链路物流体验。 工作职责 1、C端物流体验指标体系建设 梳理进口履约全链路，搭建面向C端用户的体验指标体系，覆盖时效履约率（承诺时效 vs 实际时效）、妥投率、异常率、物流投诉率、轨迹透明度、用户NPS等核心维度；建立指标基线与监控机制，产出定期体验健康度报告，识别体验波动与恶化趋势； 2、C端体验表达与能力建设 设计并优化面向用户的物流体验表达方案：时效承诺（预计送达时间）、物流轨迹可视化、异常状态主动告知、前置预警与主动服务； 3、数据驱动供应链优化 -基于体验指标与用户反馈，深入分析进口履约各环节的履约质量（承运商时效、清关效率、仓储出库时效等）； -识别履约薄弱节点与问题承运商/仓储，输出归因分析报告，以数据推动供应链、仓储、关务等团队制定优化方案并跟踪效果； -建立"数据发现→归因定位→驱动业务方优化→效果验证"的闭环机制； 4、竞品体验对标 持续跟踪国内外平台的物流体验表现。从时效承诺准确性、轨迹透明度、异常处理效率、退货物流等维度进行对标分析，输出竞品体验差距报告，将行业最佳实践转化为内部优化方向。

1. 本科及以上学历，5年物流体验运营、履约运营、供应链管理相关工作经验，理工科背景优先； 2. 有跨境电商进口履约或出海物流体验优化经验，熟悉进口全链路流程（清关、国际运输、末端配送）者优先； 3. 具备较强的数据分析能力，熟练使用 Excel、SQL 等工具，善于从海量数据中提炼核心观点，以数据驱动业务优化； 4. 逻辑思维清晰，具备较强的问题分析与归因能力，能快速识别履约体验痛点并提出可落地的优化方案； 5. 具备C端产品思维，能站在用户视角设计体验表达方案（时效承诺、轨迹展示、异常触达等），有相关产品需求设计经验者优先； 6. 具备良好的跨部门沟通协调能力，有推动仓储、供应链、关务等团队协同落地项目经验者优先； 7. 责任心强，工作细致严谨，具备较强的抗压能力和执行力，对用户体验有持续追求的热情。
