  • 建立并优化商品全生命周期管理规则、操作流程及质检机制，关注供应商商品信息对接效率与质量，确保数据源准确及时。
  • 推动相关产品化工具落地，系统性提升商品信息覆盖率、准确性、标准化水平及维护效率。
  • 与导购产品团队合作，主导运动户外品类商详页重构与优化，整合创新导购内容呈现策略。
  • 通过A/B测试和数据分析，持续迭代导购模块与用户决策路径，提升商详页转化率及用户决策效率。
  • 主动识别业务发展中的系统性问题及跨部门协作需求，以项目制管理方式牵头制定解决方案，驱动技术、产品、商家运营等团队高效落地。
  • 运动户外品类处于业务增长期，参与品类基建有机会直接影响业务规模。
  • 商详页重构项目对转化有直接可量化的影响，成果可见度高。
  • 跨部门牵头推动产品工具落地，锻炼项目管理与资源整合能力。
