1、负责To C用户增长，对用户数及交易单量负责； 2、分析现有业务模式下用户画像及行为特征，通过用户调研和数据挖掘深度洞察用户需求，发掘潜在用户群体； 3、对内（APP）把控用户转化的各关键节点，建立转化漏斗，制定相应的运营策略； 4、联动产品、设计、数据、业务团队，优化现有产品功能及营销活动玩法，对用户拉新、下单、复购、分享及流失用户召回等环节进行持续优化； 5、对外（微信小程序）持续探索、发掘有效的拉新/获客渠道，灵活运用各种推广渠道及方式，定制用户增长策略。具备企微社群运营、裂变活动的操盘能力，通过活动策划与社群运营，实现用户拉新-下单转化-复购的过程； 6、基于业务需求，发掘领域头部玩家/KOL，建立长期持续的良好合作关系，提升现有业务覆盖范围及品牌影响力； 7、以数据来驱动运营，运用数据对用户进行研究分析，及时搜集、跟踪、反馈运营效果，定期开展用户调研，收集用户需求、竞品动态，对产品功能、运营策略提出优化建议和方案。

1、2年或以上互联网用户运营/用户增长等相关岗位相关经验；具备独立操盘能力，有成功案例优先； 2、具备较强的数据分析能力，熟悉互联网数据分析方法，善于运营数据驱动产品优化； 3、具有强烈的好奇心及学习能力，对于各种流量获取方式保持敏感； 4、善于沟通，有责任心，具备较强的跨部门协作、项目推动及抗压能力，结果导向； 5、了解潮流文化，球鞋潮牌或奢侈品、美妆品类重度爱好者，熟悉圈内动态及新趋势。
