1、梳理并优化异常处理的业务流程，支持业务运营、识别问题并持续优化迭代，以及通过AI功能推动、知识库搭建提高异常处理效率，降低人工成本； 2、能够围绕服务台相关指标，通过日常数据监控，失误case解决，数据分析归因等方式，联动鉴别、流程、产品、等跨部门，输出针对性改善策略（工单降量、时效提升等），对策略落地结果负责； 3、负责完善服务台体系，通过搭建服务台看板等形式，实现目标可视化管理。并通过组织质量回溯，异常复盘等形式对问题改进并预防同类问题再次发生； 4、负责跨部门协同完成异常case的跟进处理，能够整理并提炼异常背后发生的业务原因，梳理成SOP，最终提高跨部门的业务对接效率；

1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上相关工作经验； 2、逻辑清晰，良好的数据分析及挖掘能力，善于系统性解决复杂的难题； 3、以数据目标为导向，较强的项目统筹经验； 4、学习能力强，善于归纳总结，能适应公司快速发展的业务和工作节奏； 5、较强的沟通协调能力，能够与各部门有效沟通并推动业务落地，自驱力强，有强烈的责任心，情绪稳定。
