岗位职责 1、负责 C 端产品规划与体验优化。 深入理解用户选择得物、浏览商品和完成购买的动机与障碍，结合用户研究、行为数据和业务判断，发现产品机会，优化关键场景和转化链路，强化用户对平台价值的感知。 2、负责营销产品与增长机制建设。 围绕日常经营，设计优惠券、活动会场、互动玩法及差异化权益，打通用户触达、活动参与到交易转化的完整链路，提升营销吸引力与投入效率。 3、负责用户全生命周期产品建设。 针对新客、成长用户、高价值用户及流失风险用户，建设分层经营能力，推动首购、二购、跨品类消费和持续复购；完善会员、成长及权益体系，提升用户认同与长期留存。 4、推动用户需求与商家供给协同。 联动运营、商家及商业化团队，将商品、价格、权益和营销资源有效组合，提升用户获得感与商家参与意愿，并将成熟策略沉淀为可复用的产品能力。 5、建立效果评估与持续迭代机制。 通过数据分析、用户反馈和 A/B 实验验证产品与策略效果，识别真实增量，综合评估转化、留存、复购和投入产出，合理权衡短期经营目标与长期用户体验。 6、负责团队管理与跨部门推进。 制定产品方向和阶段目标，明确优先级，带领团队完成从问题判断、方案设计到上线复盘的全过程，协同研发、设计、算法、数据及运营团队取得业务结果。

1、具备扎实的 C 端产品能力。 有电商、消费平台或其他规模化 C 端产品经验，曾独立负责核心业务模块或产品方向，并取得可验证的用户体验或业务增长成果。 2、有较强的用户洞察和产品判断。 能从真实用户需求出发，理解不同人群的消费心理、决策过程与使用习惯，将复杂业务问题转化为清晰、易理解、有吸引力的产品体验。 3、具备营销产品经验和用户经营思路。 在营销活动、优惠策略、会员权益、用户成长或生命周期经营中有深入实践，能够将人群、场景、供给与激励机制结合，并形成可持续迭代的方案。 4、具备数据分析与经营意识。 能独立拆解业务问题、提出假设并设计实验，理解增量收益、补贴效率和用户长期价值，能够据此做资源分配与产品取舍。 5、具备负责人所需的规划、推动与管理能力。 能在信息不完整、资源有限的情况下明确方向，深入关键产品细节，推动复杂项目落地，并培养团队成员。 6、重视用户价值，对营销边界有判断。 对规则透明度、用户信任、触达打扰和权益体验保持敏感，能在增长目标与用户体验之间作出有依据的决策。 7、有商家营销、商业化或平台型产品经验，理解商家的利润、预算与经营诉求，能兼顾用户、商家和平台价值。 8、有营销平台、用户分层、权益或触达系统建设经验，能够将前台业务需求抽象为后台通用能力。
