1. 独立承接业务侧用户研究需求，主动澄清问题背景、研究目标和决策场景，判断适合的研究方法并推动项目落地。 2. 负责用户访谈、问卷调研、可用性测试、桌面研究、竞品分析等研究工作，输出清晰、可落地的用户洞察和业务建议。 3. 围绕业务关键问题，主动识别用户体验、产品流程、服务机制中的问题点，并推动相关团队形成改进方案。 4. 与产品、运营、设计、数据、算法等团队协作，将用户反馈转化为可执行的产品优化、策略调整或体验改进建议。 5. 沉淀用户研究方法、访谈提纲、分析框架、案例库等资产，并探索 AI 工具在访谈提纲生成、文本分析、洞察归因、报告效率提升等研究场景中的应用。

1. 心理学、社会学、人类学、统计学、市场研究、设计、产品等相关背景优先。 2. 具备 5 年以上用户研究、体验研究、市场研究、产品研究或相关经验，能独立完成完整研究项目，互联网社区或内容行业是加分项。 3. 具备较强的问题拆解、主动推进和跨团队协作能力，能从模糊业务现象中定义问题、提出假设、设计研究方案，并在遇到卡点时主动暴露风险、协调资源、推动共识和落地。 4. 具备优秀的结构化表达、文档输出和业务转化能力，能基于事实、数据和用户反馈输出清晰结论，并持续跟进洞察转化与问题解决效果。 5. 具备 AI 工具使用意识和实践经验，能将 AI 应用于访谈提纲生成、文本整理、用户反馈分析、洞察归因、报告撰写或研究流程提效等场景。
