  • 负责社区效率能力的建设与提升，包括人群标签与圈选能力、社区资源应用调优、数据监测，支持社区业务增长和有效应用；
  • 围绕业务发展诉求，深入各运营业务工作场景，分析各角色需求，从全局视角挖掘运营平台工作痛点并提出解决方案，规划产品能力迭代，设计最佳实践；
  • 协同研发、算法、产品、运营等团队，独立管理项目闭环，推动运营平台产品能力落地，进行团队内外培训并负责推广使用；
  • 制定合理的数据衡量指标，持续关注并挖掘各功能模块的效率及逻辑优化，能不断进行模式创新与业务迭代，高效协同项目团队促进功能目标达成，降低运营决策成本，提升运营效率和效果。
  • 3年及以上互联网平台产品运营经验，本科及以上学历；
  • 有跨研发、算法、产品多团队独立推项目闭环的经历；
  • 有人群/标签体系建设经历，能独立推动相关能力从0到1落地；
  • 有数据分析与监测能力：能制定衡量指标，持续追踪功能效果并挖掘优化点；
  • 有策略运营思维：能从业务全局视角抽象问题，输出可落地的产品能力规划；
  • 有流量分发或内容资源调配相关的平台运营经验；
  • 有较强自驱力、抗压能力。
