1.打造内部分享氛围，提升得物技术内部影响力，通过运营&产品迭代等方式来提升内部内容产品的用户流量。 2.策划技术交流分享会，并输出PPT以及会后宣传资料，包括技术部双月刊/大事记等（需要有一定的文字编辑技能）。 3.内部资源位和渠道的管理，包括线上资源位的规划、重点项目的投放计划、重点项目内容编写、重点会议内容跟进、渠道效果复盘等。 4.重要会议跟进，重点内容策划与投放，需要对内容有一定的判断和优化建议，对分发的内容、投放的效果有数据追踪和优化策略。 5.规划内外技术沙龙，筹备整个项目，包括不限于场地预定、物料申请、设计、制作、嘉宾内容审核、PPT输出、主持、外部社区协调与合作，视频号、公众号玩法等。 6.群消息内容规划&投放，内容策划前置1个月，策划内容、内容编写、项目对接&执行、效果追踪&复盘等。

1.对技术内容和数据有一定敏感度，对内容质量有一定的把控要求，对主流技术社区有一定了解，包括不限于得物技术、InfoQ、思否、掘金、CSDN、开源中国等。 2. 有从事技术运营、内容运营、编辑相关经验，做事有条理、计划，并能落实，拿到结果，了解一定的运营策略，有 Own 过 0～1 项目的优先。 3.有从事过项目运营、活动运营，从0筹办线上及线下活动的优先，需要细心、沟通能力强、协作能力强、执行力强、响应速度快、喜欢挑战，综合素质过硬优先。 4.需要有一定的文案撰写能力、编辑校对、活动组织、交流协作、项目管理、统筹能力、抗压能力、应变能力等。 5.统招本科及以上学历（计算机相关专业优先），有技术运营、内容运营、开发者社区运营相关经验优先。
