1、负责承接各类新业务、新模式的导入，对接前端项目初期介入，适配业务全链路制定和调优逆退售后策略 2、承接指标异动反馈后的整体解决方案输出，异动改善闭环，保障售后前端体验 3、售后前端资损拆解、降损挖掘及全链路止损闭环 4、识别客户、商家、业务的需求问题，提供系统性的解决方案 5、对接前端交易、客服，协同挖掘售后策略优化机会点，寻求体验&资损平衡 6、制定及调优现有售后策略by品类、商家、买家等多维度 7、支持国际、国内等各售后业务全链路解决方案

1、本科以上学历，5年以上逆向或售后相关经验，熟悉售后政策、策略制定，精通全链路逆向解决方案涉及，并对全链路逆向成本&损益有深度理解；具备与客服、商品等协同经验更优； 2、具有较强的横向&纵向沟通协同及项目推动能力，独立担任过重要项目负责人，能对风险把控并对结果产出负责； 3、对售后仓内作业流程、关键质量环节有深刻的认识，具有质量管理及不断改进优化的经验和方法； 4、具有较强的数据处理能力及系统思维； 5、有良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，能够与不同部门有效协作； 6、责任心强，工作细致认真，有较强的学习能力和创新精神，能够适应不断变化的工作环境。
