1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上工作经验，有搜索 / 推荐策略产品经验优先； 2、熟悉国内外主流电商推荐，具备良好的数据敏感度，能够独立完成数据分析、实验复盘； 3、具备优秀逻辑思维、跨部门协同推动能力，沟通表达清晰，自驱力强，乐于持续学习推荐领域新知识； 4、能熟练使用AI工具，掌握AI工作方法论
