负责得物跨境进口业务(POIZON) 在日本市场的商家招募工作，对品类的招商结果负责。 1、根据平台发展战略及市场趋势，制定负责品类的招商计划及目标，并负责实施落地（品类覆盖鞋/服/箱包/配饰/手表等）； 2、拓展招商渠道，开发潜在商业合作伙伴，建立并维护良好的客户关系网络；主动利用多渠道寻找并上门拜访企业进行招商； 3、负责招商项目的全程跟进，包括客户接洽、商务谈判、合同签订及商家初期孵化等环节； 4、有全品类拓商能力，主动寻找新的业务增长点，扩大平台的供给丰富性和优势。

職務内容 得物（POIZON）の越境EC輸入事業における日本市場の販売パートナー開拓を担当し、担当するカテゴリーの募集成果に責任を負います。 1、プラットフォームの成長戦略および市場動向に基づき、担当カテゴリーの募集計画及び目標を策定し、実行に移します。（カテゴリーはシューズ・アパレル・バッグ・アクセサリー・時計等を対象とします。） 2、募集チャネルの開拓、潜在的なビジネスパートナーの発掘に努め、良好な顧客関係ネットワークを構築・維持します。多様なルートを積極的に活用し、企業への直接訪問を含む募集活動を行います。 3、募集プロジェクトの全過程を管理し、顧客折衝、商務交渉、契約締結および商家の初期インキュベーション支援までの一連のプロセスを担当します。 4、全カテゴリーにわたる拡販力を持ち、新たな事業成長の機会を自ら探索することで、プラットフォームの商品供給の豊富さと競争優位性の拡大を図ります。

1、本科及以上学历，工作地 Base 东京，有日本当地工作经验优先； 2、行业经验：潮流品类（鞋/服/箱包/手表/配饰）行业 5 年以上，清晰掌握日本商家分布情况，熟悉日本本土品牌或国际品牌的日本代理商/贸易商资源； 3、招商能力：具备 3 年及以上招商、供应链拓展经验，能主动挖掘日本对应各品类潜在商家，具备搭建、维护日本商家合作网络的能力，有成功对接日本商家的成功案例或者电商平台招商经营加分； 4、沟通能力：具备谈判说服能力。流利的中日双语沟通及书面表达能力，能独立与日本商家进行商务洽谈，解决合作中的跨文化沟通问题。

求める人材像 1、大学卒業以上の学歴を有すること。勤務地は東京で、日本での就労経験がある方を優遇します。 2、トレンド系カテゴリー（シューズ・アパレル・バッグ・時計・アクセサリーなど）において5年以上の業界経験を有し、日本国内の商家分布を深く理解していること。日本のローカルブランドまたは国際ブランドの日本における代理店・商社リソースに精通していること。 3、3年以上の招商・サプライチェーン開拓の実務経験を有し、担当カテゴリーにおける潜在商家を自発的に発掘できる能力を持っていること。日本商家との協力ネットワークを構築・維持する能力を有すること。日本商家との成功した提携実績、またはECプラットフォームにおける招商・運営経験がある場合は尚可。 4、優れた交渉力と説得力を持っていること。流暢な中日バイリンガルのコミュニケーション能力及び文章表現力を有し、日本商家と独自にビジネス折衝を行い、協業過程における異文化コミュニケーション課題を解決でき
