1. 围绕男性时尚品类（穿搭、理容、健身）与形象提升主题，策划并落地线上活动与玩法，对发布规模、玩法参与人数、男性时尚人群渗透等核心指标负责，推动垂类内容供给、作者活跃和用户参与增长。 2. 为PGC作者和UGC用户提供差异化的活动，探索社区轻交互功能玩法，带动发布质量和规模和提升； 3. 紧跟潮流趋势和热点话题，结合用户偏好持续优化内容选题方向、互动玩法、用户参与方案； 4. 聚焦目标人群开展线上/线下传播，科学统计活动传播效果，推动用户心智提升和主动回流访问； 5. 维护重点种子用户，组织日常话题讨论、线上活动等，提升用户参与深度与平台黏性； 6. 参与或组织品类大型项目，协调内外部资源，跟进活动全流程落地，完成复盘并优化内部工作流。

1. 熟悉男生时尚领域，对年轻男性人群有深入认知和内容敏锐度，了解主流风格和潮流圈层文化； 2. 具备3年以上互联网活动运营或互动运营经验，有大规模用户参与活动组织经验者优先； 3. 善于与用户和作者沟通，有社群管理经验，能调动创作者积极性；能独立完成活动方案策划及执行落地； 4. 对数据敏感，能通过阅读量、投稿量、互动率等核心指标定位阶段问题，输出改进方案并追踪效果； 5. 是穿搭、理容、健身爱好者，有丰富的人群认知和行业见解； 6. 有出色的内容品鉴能力和内容制作与传播创意； 7. 拥有潮流圈作者资源或品牌资源。
