1、5年以上互联网经验，有增长中台/广告投放平台产品经验或厂商生态增长项目经验优先； 2、熟悉广告投放全链路产品架构，有投放平台从0到1或从1到N的产品经验优先； 3、熟悉主流归因平台（如AppsFlyer、Adjust、神策等）的归因逻辑，有归因模型设计、归因数据校验、增量实验（AB测试）相关经验优先； 4、具有良好的结构化思考能力，对数据敏感，有数据思维，善于用数据驱动策略的设计和迭代； 5、有较强项目管理能力和执行力，目标和结果导向，自驱性强、学习力强、抗压性强
