1、品类规划：深度理解服装行业的品类运营，以全网为参照基准，基于用户需求和平台供给视角，定位品类视角下的品类红蓝海，品类价格带红蓝海，结合目前供给现状，形成有效的业务策略，带来品类视角下的有效供给的提升； 2、品类运营：明确品类优先级后，可以基于用户视角，从供给侧串联平台和商家，从用户侧串联场域和商品，实现特定高优先级的品类运营机制，最终实现品类成交用户，品类供给增加和完整的品类运营链路的机制； 3、目标达成：基于业务需求，能有效协同关联业务合作方，与合作方进行有效的沟通和业务协同，向前一步，具备直接运营商家的能力，保障类目招商有效性和品类供给的快速补充，最终实现订单/GMV等指标达成； 4、项目管理：能够独立负责横向项目，有效的横向项目管理推进实现目标。

职位要求

1、5年以上品牌方或者电商平台商家商品运营的工作经验，熟悉服装品类规划、对消费者行为、服装货品、业务经营有思考及落地经验； 2、具备较好的数据分析能力，能通过数据化、产品化推动商品运营效率和招商链路体验，为业务带来增量机会点； 3、有创新意识，并能够将创新通过运营手段转化为生产力，较好的组织协调及项目管理能力，以结果为导向； 4、执行力和抗压能力强，有较强的沟通协调
