The posting

工作职责 1. 负责视觉检测识别、具身平台等方案的整体硬件方案设计，涵盖视觉系统、机械臂、末端相机、夹爪、光源等配套硬件选型，以及嵌入式主控、采集板卡等硬件架构设计与系统集成； 2. 负责嵌入式硬件开发，完成电路设计、原理图与 PCB 设计、固件与驱动联调，以及样机调试、测试、问题定位与量产导入； 3. 业务需求收集、整理、分析与反馈，主导设备选型、供应商筛选与产品验收，推进已有方案优化与新方案可行性验证； 4. 与算法、软件等团队协同，完成样机开发与调试，解决关键软硬件集成技术问题并持续优化改进； 5. 统筹项目硬件侧进度，把控关键节点，推动方案按期落地。

职位要求 1. 硕士及以上学历优先，自动化、电子、机械、光学、通信、计算机相关专业； 2. 3 年以上硬件 / 嵌入式开发经验，至少一种业务场景端到端落地经验（工业缺陷质检、自动驾驶、智能安防、机器人等），有视觉检测类项目完整交付经验者优先； 3. 具备扎实的嵌入式硬件开发能力，熟悉主流 MCU / SoC 平台、电路设计与原理图 / PCB 设计，能独立完成硬件选型、调试与量产导入； 4. 熟悉机器视觉系统软硬件一体搭建方案，熟悉相机成像原理、3A 算法，熟悉主流相机、镜头、光源等视觉硬件的关键参数与项目选型； 5. 具备较强的项目推进能力，良好的沟通表达与组织协调能力，团队意识强，抗压能力强。 6. 熟悉固定双臂式 / 多轴机器人应用，了解主流机械臂品牌及末端相机、夹爪、光源等配套硬件选型者优先。
