1、负责得物华人（日本地区）鞋服类目卖家运营工作，梳理类目商家特征，分层管理，实现卖家层次的优化提升； 2、负责鞋服类目运营，基于市场分析和需求洞察，梳理商家货盘，挖掘类目机会点，在场货匹配、商品孵化等方向持续提效，实现商品的丰富度和结构优化，对于核心业绩负责； 3、定期对负责的工作进行专题分析和方案复盘，有针对性的对核心经营指标、异常数据进行分析，输出明确业务改善建议，提炼策略运营方法论； 4、数据驱动，能主动发现业务本质的需求和痛点，找到业务机会，制定合理目标并给出具体可行的建议，推进落地。

1、本科以上学历，有3年以上相关行业运营经验，擅长商家运营管理，熟悉行业品牌和商品，有跨境电商、自营电商平台行业运营经验加分； 2、具备洞察行业品类的能力，对于负责品类供给业态熟悉，能够发现行业中品类的新趋势商品，并具备完整的品类规划能力； 3、具备互联网思维，对数据敏感，善于进行数据整合分析洞察问题和机会; 4、具备较强的目标感和计划性，表达沟通能力佳，抗压能力强。
