1、熟悉各电商运输链路，并根据商品类型、运输损害进行包装材料、包装作业方式等设计、开发、测试，形成成本和体验平衡的包装方案； 2、以体验为切入点，通过对体验数据的分析，匹配相应的运营解决方案，推进改进项目的落地； 3、对电商包装影响成本、体验的各环节要素分析、监控、运营，对其中的异常问题和机会点拉动各环节形成解决方案，达成成本、体验的最大优化； 4、梳理包装设计测试开发、成本/体验优化、商品包装评估等流程，跨部门协同实现流程落地； 5、有一定包材供应链经验，能协同采购部分进行包材采购策略的优化，实现采购成本优化，熟悉现场物料领用/调拨/运营管理操作流程，针对各环节进行运营管控风险评估，实行运营监控改善； 6、熟悉国家包装规范和相关政策，有行业发展敏锐感知，创新包装方案符合国家或行业发展。

1、包装工程、物流，供应链管理相关专业优先； 2、拥有包装生产、管理、设计相关工作5年以上工作经验，有电商/快递包装从业经验优先考虑； 3、熟悉包装的成本构成，拥有丰富的品质管理、数据分析经验； 4、有很好的沟通总结和项目管理能力，善于学习思考，善于创新。 5、具有丰富的品牌服务经验，熟悉快消、O2O等电商行业，并有相关全案对接经验优先；
