通过培训学习鉴别知识、产品鉴别特点，负责所属品牌的研究和运营管理工作，主要包括： 1、【标准/流程迭代】基于内外部信息，持续挖掘鉴别标准/流程迭代机会点，确保鉴别能力始终走在造假能力之前； 2、【业务拓新】基于对类目商品的了解和用户需求的挖掘，协同交易等部门拓展有市场潜力的鉴别能力，推动业务增长； 3、【履约支持】通过专业能力的学习，协助鉴别师解决鉴别过程中遇到的疑难问题，处理鉴别师处理不了的鉴别订单； 4、【技术迭代】协同技术和实验等团队，持续探索新技术对鉴别能力和效率提升的机会点，例如AI鉴别； 5、【市场及用户调研】持续开展外部信息的收集和分析，站在用户视角，帮助内外部用户解决问题，挖掘鉴别能力迭代和鉴别服务体验升级的机会点。

职位要求 1、【学历及专业】2026届毕业生或毕业一年内，本科及以上学历，纺织类/材料学/服装设计相关专业优先 2、【热情和好奇心】对该行业及相关商品感兴趣，有好奇心，不仅有购买经历，还关注商品版本、品牌文化背景等信息； 3、【追求卓越】不满足于完成日常工作，而是愿意和我们一起探索鉴定的能力边界，和假货贩子斗争，保护消费者权益； 4、【视野和认知】有多元化的视野（市场/用户/经营），有改变和拥抱变化的勇气，能拥抱技术的变革； 5、【学习能力】务实且好学，不管能力多强，对鉴别有敬畏之心，能沉下心来学习鉴别技能，持续提升自己； 6、【有韧性】面对困难不气馁，能承受工作压力，坚持做对的事情并拿到结果； 7、【团队精神】不单打独斗，善于协调不同资源，通过团队协作解决复杂问题。
