1、具备扎实的编程基础，熟练掌握C++或Python编程语言； 2、接触过至少一种深度学习框架（TensorFlow/PyTorch等）； 3、有分布式系统、高性能计算的实际项目经验； 4、具备独立解决问题的能力，良好的团队合作精神； 5、本科及以上学历优先，工作经验3年以上优先。 加分项： 1、有深度学习框架（TensorFlow/PyTorch）开发经验优先； 2、熟悉GPU编程、高性能网络编程、AI编译器者（TVM/MLIR/XLA）优先； 3、熟悉机器学习、深度学习算法，希望从事系统架构者优先； 4、有开源项目贡献代码者优先。
