岗位职责：

1、负责平台纺织服装类质量体系程序文件的建立、监督、维护与改进；

2、关注国家、行业标准，定期更新企业标准；

3、负责产品的各阶段质量数据的收集、整理及数据分析；

4、配合质量团队建立产品质量平台，用于收集产品质量缺陷、客户投诉、重大改善等；

5、对产品质量表现状况进行定期分析、总结；对产品产生的质量问题、进行原因分析、并采取有效措施，防止不合格品再发生；

6、对产品合规性、功能性、稳定性进行有效评估及管控；

7、负责潜在供方的评鉴、负责供应商审核与评价、负责供应商支持与辅导、负责供应商品质问题的处理、跟踪。

1、大专以上学历，互联网、电商、品牌方质量管理经验优先；

2、3年以上服装/纺织/皮革产品质量管理工作经验；

3、熟悉服装产品生产制造工艺流程，掌握服装产品国家、行业标准；

4、熟悉服装产品质量管控及问题解决方法；

5、具有较强的计划组织能力、执行力和计划落实能力；

6、良好的跨部门沟通协调能力及较强的团队意识；

7、熟练常用的办公软件，逻辑清晰，有项目管理经验优先；

8、严谨的工作态度，敏感的洞察力、对数据分析及数据敏感度高。
