1、5年及以上数据分析或商业分析工作经验，有互联网金融行业工作经历优先，有用户需求洞察或数据治理经验的优先； 2、具备良好的学习能力和业务理解能力，能够挖掘数据背后的问题和机会，通过专项问题解答复杂问题，帮助业务团队挖掘增长机会； 3、擅长合作，具备优秀的对外沟通和协调能力；能够独立负责跨团队项目的落地和推进； 4、具备较强的数据分析能力，能够使用SQL、Python、R等工具进行数据处理和分析。
