1.根据业务经营规划,协同预测及交易团队,输出周期性销量计划,入库计划,库存/库容计划等,对接网络规划,仓储,运输及供应链各环节确保资源供给,包含但不限于产能计划,库容规划,调拨计划等,确保供需平衡,以实现履约体验的保障及资源利用率的提升; 2.联动产销策略及仓储运营,分园区推进产销策略的日常落地运营,包括但不限于产能/储能风险的预判及解决方案制定,排产的合理性/稳定性运营,排产的产能利用率提升等,以实现产销匹配下的产销运营体系良性运转; 3.针对供应链计划及产销运营链路中的异常问题点进行归因分析,并输出解决方案,联动前后端各部门推动方案落地。 4.负责大促/节假日期间的供应链计划及产销运营的策略制定与实施,重点保障产能利用及履约稳定,参与事前规划,事中运营监控及事后复盘,如遇重大异常,协助进行策略调整及落地。 5.参与供应链计划部门主导及参与的横向业务专项,协助跟进项项目进度,提升协同效率,并按时完成项目落地及达成项目目标。

1.5-8年供应链计划、供应链产销运营经验;熟悉S&OP运作流程,熟悉需求计划,库存计划,调拨计划等供应链上下游环节运作模式;能够从全链路的视角运营、管理供应链计划及产销运营的工作;有互联网背景优先; 2.熟悉仓配运作流程,对物流运作要比较了解;对物流的单量计划利和资源计划熟悉; 3.对数据敏感,擅长经营分析,强数据处理能力; 4.具有较强的策划能力及组织能力、执行力和计划落实能力;具良好的沟通协调能力及流程重塑、撰写能力; 5.有良好的责任感与创新意识,能承受工作压力,适应出差;能适适应快节奏,高强度的工作,敢于创新;
