1、熟悉仓储履约全流程SOP，具备扎实的仓储运营专业知识； 2、具备强项目统筹与落地推动能力，能有效组织资源、推动一线执行； 3、具备流程优化思维，善于发现运营痛点并提出可落地的改进方案； 4、高度结果导向，责任心强，能对执行质量与合规性负全责； 5、有仓储/物流园区中大型项目运营经验者优先。
