1、本科及以上学历，5年以上市场/内容/社区运营经验，有完整操盘破圈事件的案例（如热点营销、话题运营等）。 2、对热点、传播有敏锐嗅觉，能把"可遇不可求"的机会变成"可复制的方法论"。 具备达人建联与资源整合能力，有明星/KOL/媒体资源者优先，擅长以小博大撬动传播。 3、结果导向、执行力强，具备跨部门协同与项目管理能力，能扛住大事件的节奏与压力。 4、数据敏感，能复盘事件ROI并持续优化打法；有直播、电商、商业化联动经验者加分。
