1、负责统筹用户逆向全链路，建立逆向关键指标的建立和追踪，包括退货率、逆向折损，明确各环节 SLA 与责任边界，搭建端到端监控体系，以全局视角拉通业务、供应链、客服、产品等跨部门协作； 2、搭建分层退货归因模型，按场景/品类/渠道多维下钻，定位高损耗节点及问题，建立定期复盘机制，制定分层治理策略并推动落地，输出可量化的降损节奏与目标达成路径，实现持续性逆向降本； 3、通过治理手段及机制，推动商品/商家/从源头整改，数据化系统化建立机制，提升用户满意度； 4、对行业、竞对趋势有一定了解，熟悉行业领域内的主流机制及方法论； 5、联动物流、仓配、产品团队，推动逆向可视化、自动退款等数字化能力的产品化落地，沉淀可复用的逆向治理资产。

1、5年以上电商平台治理/体验相关经验，具备 TTS、TEMU 等海外平台商家/物流/商品治理背景者优先； 2、熟悉跨境逆向全链路，对逆向成本结构有清晰认知； 3、具备较强的数据分析和归因建模能力，能独立搭建监控体系并驱动跨部门落地； 4、具备项目管理能力，能推动跨团队（物流/仓配/产品/供应链）协同，拿到结果； 5、自驱力强，能在模糊业务边界中主动定义问题、拆解目标并推动闭环。
