1.独立负责业务场景调研、问题诊断与需求梳理，识别关键业务痛点，形成可落地、可复制的机器视觉解决方案，并持续优化迭代。 2.基于业务数据、场景价值和投入产出分析，完成方案设计、价值测算、范围定义、规格拆解及实施路径规划。 3.负责机器视觉相关项目的软硬件一体化解决方案设计与交付，覆盖需求分析、方案架构、设备选型、算法/系统协同、实施上线及效果验收等全流程，并对交付结果负责。 4.协同产品、研发、算法、硬件、运维及业务团队，推动项目按计划高质量开发、上线、验收和规模化复制。 5.负责解决方案的内部推广、需求沟通、方案宣讲、技术支持和培训赋能，提升方案在组织内的认知度、应用深度和业务影响力。 6.持续开展机器视觉、安防、智慧工厂、供应链质检等相关领域的竞品分析、行业研究和前瞻性技术洞察，保持解决方案的领先性和竞争力。

1.本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、通信、电子信息、人工智能等相关专业优先；具备 5 年以上安防、机器视觉、工业视觉、智能硬件或相关行业经验。 2.熟悉机器视觉项目的完整实施流程，理解相机、光源、镜头、工控设备、边缘计算、算法模型及业务系统集成等关键环节。 3.具备较强的业务理解、技术沟通和方案抽象能力，能够将复杂业务问题转化为清晰的产品需求、技术方案和实施计划。 4.具备优秀的跨团队协作和项目推进能力，能够主导方案从需求、设计、开发、上线到验收的全生命周期管理。 5.具备扎实的文档撰写与方案表达能力，能够独立输出方案设计、需求规格、技术规格、实施方案、验收标准及复盘材料。 6.具备较强的数据分析和商业判断能力，能够基于业务指标、成本收益和交付风险进行方案评估和优先级判断。 7.有智慧工厂、智能质检、安防视觉、供应链仓储等项目经验者优先。 8.对人工智能、大数据、云计算、边缘计算、IoT 或工业自动化方向有系统积累者优先。
