岗位职责： 1. 熟悉欧洲潮奢美妆业态，有大量卖家孵化和运营经验，能快速对卖家进行分层运营管理，明晰类目卖家商品结构和货源情况，梳理制定KA和PKA卖家的成长路径，针对不同层级的卖家给予成长帮助，不断优化商家运营机制; 2. 了解跨境超色平台电商体系，能根据平台特性及模式需求，制定不同商家的发展目标，配合解决商家入驻后的问题，推进卖家的扩品以及销售的快速成长； 3. 洞悉竞争对手运营动态，平台用户构成分析及热销品类分析，挖掘业务机会点，推动不同层级不同类型商家的增长； 4. 对欧洲潮奢运动市场走向熟悉，能进行品维度的线索收集和管理，熟悉欧洲货品在中国市场的新品、热销款、尾货结构，对品维度不同平台的定价策略熟悉，对类目毛利负责； 5. 协同产品，BI等横向内部团队，结合卖家/运营痛点并推进优化方案落地，持续提升客户体验。

任职需求 ： 1. 本科及以上学历，3-5年以上电商平台行业经验，有类目欧洲采销运营经验为优；熟悉欧洲供给体系为优； 2. 英语能力优秀，为工作语言；有欧洲工作或生活经验，对欧洲文化了解，有德语能力优先； 3. 逻辑清晰，有方法论，过往工作有较好0-1的项目成功案例； 4. 自驱力强，积极主动，善于沟通，有较强的项目统筹能力强，善于跨部门工作推进，能向前一步； 5. 熟练使用office办公软件，excel能力中高以上（公式/pivot等），较强美妆市场及数据触觉敏锐，分析、数据拆解能力优秀。
