1、负责促活互动、用户端营销工作,对海外大促节点(如换季、黑五、圣诞等)负责，提升业务增量、扩大影响力； 2、统筹整合营销产品侧,把控整体节奏,大促主题、营销玩法及促销机制(优惠、玩法等); 3、洞察海外消费者习惯及心理，优化用户侧表达；理解运营在补贴后台使用上的痛点,通过用户调研、竞品分析、业务数据,迭代后台灵活性，提高运营效率; 4、协同运营、研发、数据等团队,推动产品方案落地,高效推进项目执行,确保平台能力建设稳定性。

1、本科及以上学历,3年以上海外电商营销产品经验，对互动玩法、营销优惠敏感，具备较好的商业敏感度、业务抽象，数据导向； 2、熟悉海外电商营销全链路表达，补贴策略，优惠活动及数据效果； 3、优秀的沟通协作、项目管理能力,较强的自驱和推进力，擅长跨部门协同,保障项目的高质量落地; 4、学习力好且对新事物敏感，有用户同理心、适应变化,能够独立负责业务域产品模块目标。
