1. 负责研发效能代码管理/流水线平台的整体架构设计、核心系统研发与持续演进； 2. 参与研发效能平台的架构设计和系统研发工作，包括但不限于代码管理、分支管理、代码评审、持续集成、效能数据看板等工具平台； 3. AIGC前沿技术探索和研究，包括但不限于AI编码助手、AI单测、AI代码评审、AI排错等方向。

1. 具备扎实的软件研发能力和系统架构思维，有开源项目贡献或优化经验，对软件开发生命周期有系统性理解； 2. 熟悉研发效能领域代码管理/流水线方向常用工具链（如GitLab、Sonar/Semgrep代码扫描、持续集成流水线、单元测试、代码搜索等），对商业与开源工具平台有广泛了解与对比分析能力； 3. 精通Golang/Python中至少一门语言，5年以上一线开发经验，具备全栈开发能力优先； 4. 代码结构清晰、可维护性强，掌握常用设计模式与架构原则，具备优秀的技术问题分析与解决能力，沟通协作能力好，具备推动跨团队项目的能力。
