  • 搭建 AI Judge + 规则校验评估体系，覆盖相关性、准召、内容质量、图片画风、风险词浓度等多维指标，构建 Bad Case 自动化定位、归因、修复的产品化闭环
  • 基于搜索行为、转化漏斗、供给结构等多维数据，识别增长机会点，通过 A/B 实验完成闭环验证与迭代
  • 与算法、工程、行业运营、供给治理团队紧密协同，独立推动跨部门复杂项目落地

· 3 年以上搜索、推荐或 AI 相关 C 端产品实战经验 · 有从 0 到 1 构建搜索产品或独立主导重点项目的完整经历 · 有将大模型能力（LLM/RAG/Agent）落地到搜索或推荐真实业务并拿到数据结果的经验 · 本科及以上学历，计算机、数学、统计学等相关专业优先 优先有： · 有电商搜索、导购、内容分发类产品的策略经验 · 有 Agent 智能体、AI 效能平台或 LLM-Ops 相关研究与实践经验 · 熟悉搜索评估体系、供给治理或流量生态相关课题
